Dave & Staci Zuspann of Lakewood Ranch, FL are the owners of Custom Climate. They acquired the business in August of 2021 with the intention of providing honest and excellent AC service to the area. A tremendous amount of discipline and effort is put into hiring the right kind of employee that fits our vision. We desire to hire employees who are kind at that core and who work for the best interest of our customer. David has said “I will only put people on our customer’s doorstep that I would have inside my home.”

Dave and Staci grew up in the Midwest with loving parents who modeled hard work, kindness, honesty, and integrity. Staci graduated from the University of Missouri St. Louis and Dave from the University of Illinois. Staci’s career was in early childhood education and Dave’s career was in corporate finance. They were married in 1983 and have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
